13 Lot Single Family Plat Located in Northeast Renton, Washington

This project, located on a 2 acre site, consisted of road and utility improvements for 13 single family residences averaging 2500 sf in size.  Improvements included use of an underground concrete wet vault for storage treatment of storm drainage.
