Townhomes on the Rivertrail - Intracorp

Townhouse Style Condominiums Located in Redmond, Washington

This project consists of 232 townhouse style condominium units configured in three, four and five unit buildings.  The 28-unit site is located in Redmond, just north of City Hall and adjacent to Sammamish River Trail.   Project improvements include extension of approximately 1000 lineal feet of arterial roadway (160th Avenue NE) and construction of approximately 900 lineal feet of 54" diameter storm sewer (NE 90th Street Trunkline).  Site planning and infrastructure was designed to accommodate a hawk "flyway" through the project.   In addition to townhomes, civil design for the adjacent projects "Meadowview Village" and "Windwood Village" was also provided by Pacific Engineering Design.  Together, approximately 500 housing units will be developed.
