Located on 30 acres directly off of the 520 freeway, Millennium Corporate
Park is one if Redmond’s premier Class “A” office campuses.
Made up of six architecturally-symmetrical two and
three story office buildings, typical floor plates range from 34,000 to
40,000 square feet and features large lobbies, onsite showers and dressing
rooms, attractive landscaping with a tranquil water feature entrance,
extensive window lines with sweeping views, and 1,629 surface parking
stalls.
The campus is backed by a
beautiful greenbelt and Little Bear Creek. Teamed with developer
Continental-Bentall, project engineering included temporary erosion control,
mass grading, Storm drainage, detention and water quality design, water and
sanitary sewer design, and construction administration.
