Les Schwab - Totem Lake

Les Schwab Tire Center - Kirkland, Washington

11,600 square foot building with associated parking and drive lanes.  Located in high visibility area along NE 124th Street just east of I-405.  Limited site area constrained the design and installation of detention and water quality which, discharges into Totem Lake.
