132-Unit Apartment Complex Near Bothell, Washington

3 story buildings over inter-connecting underground parking.  This site adjacent to the Sammamish River overlooks 11 acres of wetlands that were enhanced and converted to a Blue Heron Sanctuary by the Audubon Society.   Improvements included the use of open-air detention ponds and bio-filter swales.
