Located on a 10-acre site overlooking the 1st fairway of Harbor Pointe Golf Course, this townhouse village provides a distinctive difference in multi-family development.  Site design included "streets" abutted by rolled curb and sidewalk, rather than typical drivelanes and parking.   Utility improvements consisted of storm drainage, water and sanitary sewer.
