38,600 square foot building with associated parking and drive lanes.  Located in northwest quadrant of I-405 and SR-167.   Part of the City of Renton's new "Auto Row".  Project constraints due to proximity of Class One Stream.  Large detention vault and water quality swale designed and constructed along the westerly portion of the site (Note the concrete vault base in the lower portion of the picture).
