Covington Place is a 6-lot commercial plat located in Covington, Washington at the intersection of SE 272nd Street and 167th Place, directly adjacent to Highway 18.  The 5.12 acres of commercial development include: Petco, Starbucks, Dollarwise, Kitts Camera, Western Union, Taco Del Mar, various dental and medical buildings as well as City of Covington City Hall.   

Engineering work consisted of commercial plat design, public sewer and water extensions, new road design and road improvements along SE 272nd and 167th to serve the project.  Storm drainage is disposed of on-site via an underground infiltration vault.  Additional work included coordination withPuget Sound Energy for high- tension power lines and poles along SE 272nd Street.
