overlooking Des Moines Marina and Puget Sound.
This project in downtown Des Moines
broke ground in April of 2000. With a project completion date of January
2001, this 3-story mixed-use development will include 18 condominium residences
and 2 large commercial offices. This building will also feature an
underground parking garage and elevator.
Pacific Engineering Design, Inc.
provided design drawings for half-street improvements along 6th Avenue to the
west and full improvements for an alley to the east. Work also included
design for temporary erosion, water and sewer connections, and construction
details.
